It looks like Microsoft is putting its Halo sized advertising budget to good use and have released this trailer to keep our minds on what is looking to be one of the biggest releases this year.

There’s two things this trailer does very well. For a start, it introduces Niko, the games protagonist. He’s visible for the entire of the trailer and it’s pretty obvious that he’s large and in charge. Second, it showcases beautifully the vast amount of different scenery which is to make it’s way into the new game. Also at the end, Niko does the GTA style carjacking as if to say ’O yeh, GTA’s back!’.
